Is it her fault if she was distracting others and that's what caused them to crash the ship?
It's like when 50 cars are going 80 miles an hour on the interstate, and some jackass gets on going 45 mph and gets in the fast lane.
25 cars suddenly have to change lanes and One of them clips another car. The "blame" Will be on the speeding cars, But the cause was that legally allowed to go 45 mph on the interstate jackass.
