Wasn't it thought at one point that Alexander the Great may have been buried in Egypt? Could be that.

It's going to be something, but the timing of this along with the opening of their new museum tells me it is likely just a publicity stunt.

They will announce something though. Promising a "revelation" leads me to think it will be at least somewhat interesting.

You know how I know this is a ploy? They set the date far enough in advance that Western journalists can get their travel approved and spend the time enjoying the Nile.

I for one hope it's the remains of an alien ship.... but mostly likely it's a mummified cat in a jar...

Pyramids????

Forever standing structures as a marker that alien life forms have been here before... prolly pyramids on thousands of planets throughout the galaxy...

The pyramids were an elaborate jobs program. Like the national park work during the Great Depression.

Gotta keep the people focused on a mission and have a job, and have a reason for labor. Otherwise you'd need Andrew Yang and his UBI to keep the people satisified.

The pyramid work is just like the rat race of today.

They found that hidden room a few months back. They were not able to peek in because the guy with the drill had gone home already.

I bet it ends up being something like "The servants they buried alive had on blue Jeans." Or something else relatively useless.

Before the industrial revolution survival was a job, there were no make work projects for the good of the people.

I'm really not in need of her signature 10,000 word replies.

Anyway, I'm still banned from her Q thread, so fair's fair.
