DJ was being intentionally obtuse after he commented that he sees no reason why a black person would intentionally fake a racist accusation even after about 100 fake racist accusations by blacks against whites were linked to the thread. I think he was trolling at that point.

From what I read, it was the exact opposite. All of the people sitting closest to the incident corroborated the Judge's story.

A waitress said Erwin was stern but calm and polite and the accuser and friends were being very aggressive. I really think Sammy's handled this badly and will lose some good customers.

Kind of what I thought. So it's fairly safe to say that this was another fabricated attempt to stir up racial animosity. There is no evidence to support her side

You said, "I see no reason why she would make this up."
Then you were provided dozens of examples, such as Tawana Brawley who made Al Sharpton famous faking a white cop rape/beating and the girls in NJ faking a racist attack and so on and so on.
You can be obtuse with semantics and claim you were wanting to know why it happens, but you refused to even acknowledge that these fake accusations happen. That's why you were being served shite all day long, and you deserved every bit that you had to eat FWIW.

By saying the Judge was no longer welcomed? Correct me I am wrong, but none of the other statements (Judge, patrons) were released yet.
Given the heinous allegation, that really isn't something the owner could sit on. I'm sure he employees a great deal of African Americans and receives his fair share of African American patrons. He had to make a decision (one way or another) and issue it soon.

daryl in your experience what group of people are most likely to get loud in a restaurant? Older white professionals or black women? Be honest.
I would never tell someone first come first serve if they told me the seat was saved. To me that is a huge red flag regarding someone's character...maybe you don't think so but that is a very common attitude I've experienced with black women in BR.

Sammy and the management have stated they don't believe he used the word. I have talked with at least 10 regulars that feel the same way. her party should have been banned also.
ETA: yes you are wrong more detailed witness statements have been mentioned in this thread. Also this is Sammy's on Highland rd and their primary customer base is middle to upper class white people.

Hold up. I'm going to interject here. White butch lesbians are as loud and obnoxious at restaurants as any group if we are painting with that wide a brush.
