So many leaps in logic without explanation or substantiation. Let's look at some of these points one by one.

Quite a leap there. Honestly, it could very well be just the culmination of incidents and nothing major. That supposition can run both ways; especially when no one has gotten any answers from the owner (not even the supposed reporter who broke the story and has gotten the only interview from the accuser). I've seen other cases of punishment for innocuous things after causing trouble many times beforehand.

Alternatively, Sammys just doesn't want the hassle of people looking for Erwin there to start trouble or to avoid angering any potential patrons. Given the potential for further racial strife in Baton Rouge this year with the pending Alton Sterling report, an overly-cautious course might be the best bet.

Why wasn't this displayed at yesterday's news conference? This is the 1st time I've heard about it. If you want to end doubt, this should have been held up as evidence (although it's really heresay and not evidence).

This doesn't make someone guilty. FFS, I've seen horrible things said about people who went days, weeks, and months without addressing them. Should I really think Craig James killed 5 hookers at SMU (allegedly) because he didn't address it for months?

I don't think you know what bias means. I don't think it's bias to like a seat at a bar. Although, I guess self-interest can be considered bias, but you need to put yourself and your interests first at least a little to not be a door mat.

WBRZ & WAFB did a solid job of reporting the EBRSO report tonight (10 pm news). At least one of them (can't remember which) mentioned the accuser nor her attorney would grant an interview at this time. "Just the facts ma'am.....". That's all I am interested in and thus far, they don't look food for Gary nor the apparent hastily called NAACP presser from yesterday.
