Her story makes no sense.

When I first heard this, my thought was "why would an elected official say that out in public?".
Then when I read Sammy's banned the judge, I figured it was something out in the open, that everyone heard in order for Sammy's to ban him, but the next time something like this happens in an establishment like Sammy's, I would like to think the decision to ban someone would come after the person who makes that decision, knows for sure what happened.
The woman making up this story should at least be a misdemeanor right?
