in a very blunt way, i think he's making a "due process" argument

a big issue with progressives is their attack on due process. BLM's attack is on the DP of police accused of wrongdoing

My issue the entire time was you guys attacking that women.
Attacking how? She made a public accusation and seems to be looking to move forward with some type of plan based on that accusation. I'm not sure what it is, but she has a lawyer for a reason, no? The "attacks" I saw were in regard to her past which, of course, are relevant if a case were brought forward.

Actions regarding what? Its a he said, she said situation. I hope yall weren't expecting to find evidence or something.
I think it's obvious most of us were expecting no evidence to support her. But again, she has a lawyer for a reason IMO.

I don't get why people do it either, but they certainly do. You were shown examples earlier.

He will stick with "Isn't it funny that the witness changed his story? I told y'all people was getting paid for silence".

very close

quote:

1. Man says he heard the judge call the woman a racial slur.
2. Another deputy talks to the man later, the man says he didn't say that.
3. The mans name is kept from the report.
The report says that a deputy working at Sammy's Grill on the night of the incident, Feb. 3, noted that a male patron told him the judge directed "racial language" toward the patron. But in a follow-up conversation with another deputy, the man — whose name is redacted from the report — denied ever making those comments to the original investigating deputies.
This big hick town is something else.
The man heard it. Changed his story. They keep his name out of the report. So who called this man and gave him a few dollars or a new job to be silent?

Grow up dude. I'm not the one going around making fake facebook profiles to write on peoples walls. Hopefully you're still a teenager or something. One of these days, you can become a man and hopefully become a productive member of the society.

She owes restitution for stealing $75k from her former employer. Before, that wasn't common knowledge, unless you did a background check (which many food industry places don't), so she could've worked in the food industry.
But where's she going to work now? Everyone in BR knows about her past now. She's basically unemployable unless The Rouge Collection wants to hire her. Sammy's probably doesn't.
