#inBRwe Have child molesters let out of jail and not being held accountable for registering as a sex offender shooting and killing cops......

Who's to blame for that? Gravy Chambers......can you answer that question?

No it wouldn't have. It's just another failure in the court system regarding Brandon Wiley.

It might not have prevented the 15 year olds rape...but many, many people check that list and know of offenders in their areas.

#inBRwe Have young brothers who can't earn a decent living to care for their loved ones once they get convicted by the crooked arse judicial system so they turn to a life of crime, rape, and murder.

Yes and unfortunately these people are given second, third, fourth, and fifth chances to "better" themselves. Yet, people say how unfair the justice system is.

He also shared the Mayor's statement & said the violence has to stop

He said something totally different after the Alton Sterling incident.

Yes and all these people blaming judges need to look at these DA's offering pleas like this to avoid doing some work and having a trial

Usually DA's offices are forced to make deals, many times shitty ones, when they have shaky evidence against the POS who generally deserves to be executed because of witnesses who won't cooperate, particularly in a city like BR, and because of liberally biased judges. Prosecutors have only one shot at the POS, so they want to get some prison time for him rather than an acquittal bc they can't go back after him again once that happens. However, the biggest problem is liberal judges who require a ridiculous, not to mention unconstitutional, amount of detailed evidence against the POS to proceed with the charges brought, and also who throw out good evidence against said POS because of some bullshite technicality - a very popular one with liberal judges is the good evidence against him being "prejudicial."

DA's offices/prosecutors in a liberally biased area or city have the deck stacked against them from the start. They damn near must have solid DNA evidence, solid credible witnesses, & indisputable video of the crime to get the convictions & sentences which are deserving & fitting for the crimes. And they also pray the fricking judge who gets the case isn't too far gone in his/her disease of liberalism so as not to completely (and many times unconstitutionally) frick up their cases by throwing out good evidence. It totally sucks, but many times prosecutors have no other choice but to deal with a POS or risk him walking. This will not change until the voting base in these areas changes, or their mentality does. The citizens make up the juries, elect the officials, and are the witnesses in most of these cases. When they change and decide they're sick of worthless, useless violent criminals getting little to no time for serious crimes, the system might change, but not before.

And I hope this worthless child raping cop killing piece of shite who should have been in prison for life before he killed the officer, gets the sentence of death & that it is carried out. The crime of murdering an officer along with his previous violent criminal history absolutely warrant it. There should be no 'deal' for life in this case, and frick a POS judge who dares to try to screw this up with any liberal bullshite.

ETA: Obama made a large number of appointments to district & appellate courts during his unfortunate 2-term reign, and the negative consequences of those extreme leftist appointments at the federal level are certainly evident now. The Senate did the citizens of this country no favors in letting the majority of them slide right in.

I tell you what the problem is. That damn US Constitution. If we could just get rid of that thing.

How the hell did a thread about the murder of a Deputy get to here?

It's a cultural pathology. Nothing will change it because institutions are only as good as the people who run them.
