Eating Out Linked to Significantly More Harmful Chemicals
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are human-made chemicals that are very unhealthy for us.
They've been linked to liver and kidney disease, cancer, high levels of bad cholesterol, reproductive problems, and developmental problems in kids.
PFAS are in many packaged foods, skincare and other cosmetics, household products, kitchen appliances, furniture, and other sources.
And now a new study reveals that those who eat out more often are significantly more likely to have higher levels of these toxins in their blood.
The study examined data on over 10,000 participants, and in summary, it appears the more people eat at home, the lower their levels of PFAS.

Alright that’s enough of the same joke.
Why is this true about eating out at restaurants? Are they only talking fast food?
