I agree Tampa is good too. They've both got something different to offer.
If they're from DC, Charleston's a hell of a lot closer. Makes driving a possibility if that's what their plan was.

Breweries, good food, hiking, whitewater rafting (if in the summer). Girls can be a little on the granola side. Not sure about the titty bar situation.

While the breweries and outdoor stuff is great, there is only one titty bar I know of and it wasn't that great.

Montreal is easily #1.
After that:

Miami/Key West
Tampa is pretty awesome. The strip clubs are legit. If you go there, eat at Bern's and get a giant slab of meat for the entire table, do the wine cellar tour, etc.
But if you don't know about Montreal, look it up. Seriously.

They have two different types of strip clubs:
1) FULLY Nude. Mons Venus and 2001. Both have some of the hottest girls you have ever seen, completely and utterly nude. However: they do NOT serve alcohol. They are not allowed to by law. If you are a baller however, and bribe the right person, you can get some in a personal section. Only clears.
2) Pasties: You can get alcohol there.

As I was saying about Montreal:
The women there...and I'm talking regular girls not strippers, are very, very, very "free" sexually. They are not prudes at all and if you can't get laid there, you can't get laid anywhere.
Wild nightlife.
Awesome, world class restaurants like Joe Beef.

Yeah its pretty weird when they are selling you juice. But the girls are so ridiculous hot and fully nude that you don't care much.
And we bribed a door guy and got a section, so we had plenty of alcohol. This was at 2001. At Mons Venus I didn't drink.
That's the only time I've been to Tampa (last year's Saints game). It was a legit bachelor party.

just got back from a week there. what an awesome place. it's like the best of a lot of different cities in America except without any the downsides (except for the obvious cold weather - try to wait until at least April to go)
