One vehicle accident. Dumps huge excavator on its side in ditch spewing god knows how diesel, hydraulic fluid, oil into well head area. closed street for 4 hours, took 2 18 wheeler type tow trucks to clear. How in the hell does that happen? why no tickets?

Sounds like his trailer went in the ditch.

How do you know he wasn’t cited?

Did you post this to your neighborhood’s Facebook page?

Why are you so damn nosey. If the driver didn’t hurt anyone, then why are you wanting a ticket to be given. You sound like one of those environmental wackos.

You think random cdl driver could get away with no tickets in that wreck?

BTW Driver was off duty District one Slidell firemen Gary Jones. He never called 911 per CDL rules. That is a ticket by itself According to STPSO. I called 911 after the fireman Gary jones stuck my arm filming his crew using a skid steer to fix ruts leading to accident scene. According to 911 call records. I was the first one to call it in. After about an hr after wreck. He had time to remove trailer from excavator, and unload skid steer to erase/tamper with evidence.

So how long ago did you catch this guy banging your Mrs? Not much else would explain your infatuation with outing a random guy who had an accident. bc you sure seem to have a hard on for him

Did they damage your property? Sue them. If not, go about your business. Seems like you either have a grudge or have too much time on your hands.

So the guy had an accident and took the time to fix the ruts and you have an issue with him. Sounds like you need to get a life.

Kool aid

In what world does a 911 responder not call 911 when required by cdl law a good thing? He knows the law. He knows safety per his job. Why does the safety of his off duty CDL license trump the safety of my residential neighborhood?

Chuck, it just seems you’re making it a bigger issue than it is. I wouldn’t call 911 on myself either if I could fix it myself. Seems like the guy saved some tax payer money.

Super saint

I live a hundred yards or so from his wreck site. I expect to have any house fire at my home to get really slow response. No matter. WE call the fire dept around here SOS. SAVE OUR SLAB. Thats all they do.
