Dude is currently losing his sh*t at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas right now...

There's a man barricaded inside of a hotel room and is claiming he's armed. He broke the window to the outside and is throwing shite out of it, SWAT is on the scene, and the area is being evacuated.
