Not for nothin' but regardless of her special bond with her dad, most girls aren't going to their dad with that. Even if mom is out of the picture for whatever reason, they're going to find another female to talk to. 9 is going but still in normal range.

This goes way beyond "creepy" or "weird". Assuming this isn't an elaborate troll, this guy should not be allowed to have an integral part in the child's upbringing. He clearly isn't stable nor does he understand the first thing about dealing with kids or the natural things that occur to them as they grow. It's actually quite alarming.
