Heard it from multiple people that both were hammered, no excuse, merely stating facts.
He got mad that she basically rejected his advances, both are at fault, him more so than anybody else.
This is not a representation of KA at all, I am not a KA, but the fraternity as a whole will get the bad rep for one kids bad upbringing. Anyone that knows has ever been through a rush process when it gets this bad, will have some guys that you have to weed out, this is just such a THUG POS.
Sorry for not shedding too many details, but with an ongoing case like this, and personally knowing her, and multiple lifelong friends in KA, would rather just say this kid deserves everything he gets.

His life is ruined, but just disagree he deserves to go to jail for an extended period of time. Kicked out of LSU, and reputation ruined for life are fine with me, as long as he is apologetic and pays for damages.

Based on the information available, how is the title inaccurate? Is he not a KA pledge? What other reason is there for an 18 year old freshman to be at the house on a night they're not having a party?
