Recently bought a house. Currently moving in and I see 3 mallards chilling in the backyard. I haven’t had good duck breast since leaving LA. Neighbors might frown upon me shooting them. All I have is a 40 cal pistol. What should I do? Get close and throw a cast net on em? Shoot em?

Idk man. The ones in my parents hood eat a prime diet and life stress free. They’re plump little frickers.

Maybe tame ducks are the “kobe” of the duck world

Arent mallards protected waterfowl? I knew a guy who killed a tame Canadian Goose and got prosecuted for harassing wildlife and killing migratory waterfowl out of season.

You should be ashamed of yourself for such evil thoughts.

How about not killing them. You'd be violating federal, state, and local laws if you did.

Get a nice Ruger pellet gun and go for it.

They go nice with a side of koi smothered in sautéed mushrooms and crawfish tails.
