Worked wonders on my back. Went to BRPT Lake at their Brittany location.

Go to Traction Physical Therapy over by Cypress Mounds. Robbie is the best. Does Dry Needling on my son for his TJ recovery and my wife for her neck they swear by it and him.

Physical therapy has direct access now I think. So you can just walk in and get an appointment.

Thanks guys! I’m having a back muscle that won’t stop twitching. It’s impossible to go to sleep without meds.

I’ve used Neuromedical PT on Harrell’s Ferry for years for my back, shoulder, and neck. Makes a significant difference in my pain and flexibility. The therapists there are damn good.

Absolutely can help with muscular problems as it is essentially a "reset". I would shop around for the best price as it usually isn't a covered service by most insurance carriers.

My wife is a home health physical therapist, she recommends BRPT lake. Both Brittany and Shadows locations.

Get someone to punch you in the back until it stops. Your back will take a hint. It's called muscle memory
