Nah, you weren't actually the 450th viewer. Its got to do with how the view counts are updated. Thousands of people saw the video when it said it only had 450.

I've been around for a while, and I could see this going either way.
On one hand, you have the catch-all "unprofessional behavior" charge than can be used to shitcan almost anybody for the most underwhelming of infractions.
On the other, she's a brown female: double minority status.
Given the latter , I'd estimate she's suspended until this blows over, then placed on a show-causes probationary status with the sanctioned prohibition, mandatory counseling/AA, and random drug tests.

For the residents who do work extremely long hours with few days off, obviously they don't have the opportunity to go out often.
But in my personal experience, when they do (i.e. when we did) they blow it out. A lot of pent up stress combined with taking full advantage of the time off not uncommonly resulted in typical drunken behavior.
