The difference is that when you tell homeless people in Houston to frick off they pretty much frick off.

Well opening back up the asylums would be a nice start as that’s where those people should be in the first place.

A lot of non-homeless people do that in New Orleans and worse. I've been down every street in downtown LA, and seen some crazy sites, but not once have I even felt the beginnings of a threat from anyone. I sure would not say the same thing walking down the street in parts of any major city in Louisiana. And I haven't seen anything in LA or San Francisco that I haven't seen even more extreme in New Orleans, going all the way back to the 80s . The ignorant xenophobic racist bubble you live in down here is mind-blowing

Since being poor is relative, please explain how I sound poor.

I'll wait for you and continue working from my couch in rural Tennessee while you sit in traffic to hurry to your cubicle. Thanks.

Not understanding why someone would live in or visit LA is indicative of not having much money. It’s a fine place, if you can afford it.

I’m not sure how that’s relevant. Are there or are there not around 60,000 drug addicted or otherwise insane homeless people running around that shithole wreaking havoc on innocent civilians?

...and all of this is being blamed on lack of "affordable housing," so this means Cali is fixing to double down on stupid with price and rent controls.

We stayed in a nice spot in Los Feliz. Couldn't enjoy walking around because between the stores and cafes and the street were we're on was a tent city.

The richer homeless have RVs they leave on the street.

You people would love to have the problems California has. Y'all focus too much on what little is not right to support your weak arguments and then ignore everything that is right.

Tons of upvotes for people who haven’t been in LA and say it’s horrible.

Tons of downvotes for people in LA who say it’s exaggerated...

Hmmm

Also, the closest big city to most of you is New Orleans and you’re talking shite about another place.

Did you know you can get on these things called "airplanes" that take you to different parts of the country?

Maybe they used one of those.

I would not love to have the problems California has. Rampant illegal immigrants, homelessness all over the place, lawlessness, gas prices out the arse, taxes out the arse, left wing loons everywhere.

I (25) just bought a three bedroom, two bath house that was built in 2012 in a nice neighborhood in Louisiana with my wife (also 25 and no pics) for $170,000. Our mortgage payments could barely get us an apartment in California. frick that noise. What’s gas like over there? $5/gallon? frick that shite.

The biggest problem Louisiana has compared to California is road infrastructure and auto insurance.

I had a feeling you would not have a coherent explanation for calling me poor.

If I was monetarily poor I'd probavly move to LA and enjoy all the freedoms of tent living that LA has to offer. But I'll choose to live in beautiful rural Tennessee and enjoy the clean air and all the trout fishing I can handle.

Please tell all of your Cali breatheren how horrible the south is so they will stop moving here by the thousands every single year. It seems as they can't get out of "paradise" fast enough.

It’s coherent, you just don’t like that I’m right.

But go back to your anti California circle jerk.
