Ahhh Capitalism. At least they are writing "Don't use near children," on their packages.

Actually, preachy would be warning labels on the package similar to what they have on cigarette packs.

"Using Cocaine may cause you to go broke, get nosebleeds and have a heart attack."

That would be preachy.

Sit on any beach for 5 minutes in Zona Sul and somebody will try to sell you some.

Those are just observations, not preaching.

Nowhere does it qualify that nosebleeds are bad.

Is this a joke?

Greece is still in debt from the last Olympics they hosted.

Keep the facilities up and be able to reuse them. Would be much cheaper.

Greece is small nation with a population of about 11 million.

quote:

But the Olympics broke the bank. Government deficits rose every year after 1999, peaking at 7.5% of GDP in 2004, the year of the Olympics, thanks in large part to the 9 billion euro price tag for the Games. For a relatively small country like Greece, the cost of hosting the Games equaled roughly 5% of the annual GDP of the country. Of course, the Olympics didn't usher in an economic boom. Indeed, in 2005 Greece suffered an Olympic-sized hangover with GDP growth falling to its lowest level in a decade.

Nobody rented out the facilities after the Olympics. The entire area is like a ghosts town.

The 2004 Olympics was just a different kind of shitshow.
