Why do you need a drone to take inside photos?

You may know this, but don't go cheap here. Use some one reputable that does a lot of work for well known realtors. Drone footage is not as important, but there are a lot of details that only someone experienced would know. Indoor realtor shots though do take a lot of experience, just being a good photographer is not all of it by any means.

Call Rocket Photo then because they do Drone and Video for most upscale properties in Louisiana.

Seems like most professional photographers for indoor photography like to skew the picture for some reason. Doesn’t do the homeowner any favors when that is done IMO.

My little brother does good work. He’s worked with a few real estate agency’s in Nola. Not a business, so takes cash

Remember that an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required to operate the drone - regardless of who owns the drone. The FAA also makes no distinction if it's a side-hustle. Shade-tree operators are not exempt. Cash or in-kind compensation are no exceptions to the FAA rule.
