Driving: Use traffic lights to your advantage!

Nothing screams narcissistic and/or low IQ like attempting to turn left across three lanes of traffic when there’s a traffic light five feet away that helps you make that left turn unhindered.
Always use lights! They’re SAFE and make life easier.

If the masses are lined up at that light to turn left and it is gonna take 3 cycles for my turn, I'm turning left out of that McDonald's.

It's worse when people (usually in certain parts of town) jaywalk across a busy road when there's a light and a crosswalk 500 ft away.
I go full speed at those frickers and make them dodge me.

Exactly! I saw two 10 year olds trying to cross O’Neal on bikes earlier this week. There was a cross walk 50 yards away.
One darted out while the other waited.

I think if I owned a business like McDonald’s or something I would make the exit where people are doing this controlled by an electronic gate and force them to either buy something or wait until a paying customer is trying to leave.
