Since blinkers turn off automatically after turning then that means they didn't make a sharp enough turn to trigger the auto shut off. If they're listening to the radio then they probably just didn't hear it and thought it went off on its own. Happened to me before many times.
There are bigger things on the road to bitch about. Like the old mother fricker I got behind yesterday who kept speeding up to the speed limit then slowing down to 15 mph then swerved twice to try to block me from passing him once it changed from 1 lane to 2. Assholes like that are why I drive unarmed.

When I was younger I used to see how far I could drive with my blinker still on.. impressed myself sometimes others probably weren’t to happy

My bad. I try not to but every now and then I forget to turn my blinker off when it doesn't cut off automatically.
