Actually did you know they make blinkers that are different levels of loudness for people with hearing deficiencies like older people. Maybe they need to change theirs to a louder one but they just don’t know about this fix. Very cheap and easy to do. The more you know.

Oh it’s the blinker relay that has the clicker. Change that. Usually located under the dash driver’s side.

Obviously, they didn't top off their blinker fluid.
I hate people that don't use a blinker at all even more.
