The Paused construction at all locations I think
They say it is due to COVID, aka shut down related
They were due to be completed this year but I doubt I they want the grand opening to be during a time where all tourist hot spots, festivals, concerts, etc are cancelled
My guess hope is that thew will resume construction when they get a clearer picture off when these things will resume

All the article says is that the construction has paused due to restrictions caused by the covid pandemic.

That place never should've been given the green light. I mean, you're putting that fricking thing right by the Calliope Project..... sorry, Marrero Commons. Can't wait to do some late night tee times and then get hassled by the hood rats when I leave.

Money issues for Drive Shack most likely. The local ownership group only provided the land and demolition of the old Times Pic building. Drive Shack was moving along nicely and stopped sometime in Mid March / early April.
