From the first paragraph of the article. Pretty much sums it up.
I am all for supporting women who have been abused or assaulted, but when you lower your personal standards or engage in promiscuous behavior with the assumption that it is going to further your career and it ends up not. that isn't assault or harassment, that's you making a bad decision and regretting it later. You put your career over your dignity, feel shame about it later, and you think by shifting the blame from you to someone else you'll be able to sleep well at night.
