Its up to the DA to show whatever he wants at grand jury. He doesn't have to show everything, and whatever he does show is secret, so no one will ever find out. That way he can say "sorry-the grand jury didn't indict- tough luck" and have the system keep secret any evidence (or absence thereof) introduced. Pretty sweet system.

Even though this is only one thug cop I still can't understand how this keeps happening. Cops are under a microscope right now and there has been a MAJOR witch hunt out for corrupt cops. I mean how in the hell is this stil happening?!
Secondly does anyone notice that when racism is brought up the north is constantly shaking it's finger at the south? The majority of these things "most" always seem to be in the north.

Defenseless man was a tpos with a lengthy rap sheet. In this instance, however, he is seen to be complying fully with the officer's request. Officer punted victim in jaw like Russell Exleben used to punt footballs. Result is ktfo and broken jaw.
Officer needs to be prosecuted. Victim of kicking offered no resistance and was certainly no threat to leo.
Cops like this need to be taken off the streets. They are a danger to community.
