Oh so it’s cool as long as it’s not on social media? Got it. Keep on justifying yourself

They should release the agent's name.

No it is not fairly common. It is fairly common for people to lie about it like you are doing.

Justifying myself for what? Seeing some first names that are ridiculous?
My comment is infinitely less shitty if you want to be technical than the OP sharing this thread and furthering this 5 year olds embarrassment OR you commenting in this thread and bumping it again. I don’t see you knighting against the OP or yourself, you hypocrite.
I’ve only heard of or seen a few noteworthy names in a half dozen years. These irresponsible names parents give out to their children are WAY less common than the internet makes it seem. There isn’t this new wave of parents giving their kids stupid names. There’s just a new wave of people sharing those names on the internet.

maybe don't name your kid something stupid??

You’re no different than the guy in the story.
Sounds like a real story with personal experience.
So you’ll make fun of them but as long as you’re not
Everything is ok.

That was mean, I shouldn't have said it, and you're right.
The personal experience in this story trying to discuss this name with this said individual for professional purposes and got absolutely chewed out and a shitload of bad attitude for not guessing that's what this name is. I do not have a very good attitude towards people with that name for that reason. There was no reason for me to be getting cursed out over the phone for trying to make sure we got it right to verify them with the federal government as a legal employee.
You're still a hypocrite though every time you respond in this thread, and you can't even see it.
I love all these keyboard warriors who don't have any experience in seeing these things who think it can't POSSIBLY be true to see these names. I very rarely talk about personal experiences and my post history is pretty indicative of that, but yeah, I'm in this thread sharing a story cause this particular subject means soooooo much to me.
And again, I've seen people of all races, salaries, etc, these names are not that common. It's not an epidemic. It's probably been this way for a long time.'
Also, if you can't see the difference between an adult and a 5 year old I can't help you bud.
ETA: last I'm saying, you go ahead and keep telling anyone whose seen ridiculous names in their life they're full of shite. You be that gatekeeper to that sanctum bud.

When I lived In Atlanta I would occasionally go to the Waffle House near my house and there was a girl there named Queshun (on her name tag). I never asked her how it was pronounced but I would laugh to myself at the thought of saying "excuse me, can I axe you a queshun?". I didn't because I'm not an a-hole but I have to imagine she's heard that one before.

Grew up with a kid named Geoff (Jeff). We called him Gee-off his entire life and he eventually changed the spelling of his name as an adult. That's just an alternate spelling of a normal name, I can't imagine what kids with made up names have to deal with. 100% the parents fault
Geoffrey is a pretty standard traditional name though. I believe the french version of Jeffery. So not sure why this name is a good example of this at all. it's nothing at all the same.
To go off an example used in this thread that fits is 'ShyAnn' for 'Cheyenne'. Which is annoying for sure. your example is just not a good one. Not trying to be a prick, but just saying.
As to the OP:
Poor kid all around. Horrible mother. Especially if she is porky like honey boo boo (havent seen her pic). Probably doesnt have bad epilepsy either, but something the harps on for sympathy. Like service dogs people.
And the lady who did this at SW should be heavily penalized if not fired. An adult knows this is to far. Why she holding up the line to take such pics. Not a lawsuit level issue though.

Why are you doing this? You have never seen anyone with the name LaDasha. Everyone know you are lying. Every time a thread like this comes up some idiot claims they have seen this name. Its an urban legend.

It's an example used to demonstrate the fact that kids are mean and that parents should consider that fact when deciding what to name their child. Even when it's as innocuous as using a french version. What's considered unique or clever may be an unnecessary burden that your child will have to live with, at least until they're old enough to change their name. I know Gee Off would agree.

Read the post moron. The Southwest agent ridiculed the 5 year old child.
BTW, Read the first names on college and NFL rosters. Then go up to the guys whose names you don't "approve of". Tell them their mom's were stupid for naming them that. Report back (with pics, please)
