He's not saying they don't care about black people. But they seem to be the only group that is willing to be "racist" enough to have the conversation in an attempt to fix the problem. It always seems if someone brings up the problem about black crime no one wants to deal with it or talk about it and it is the actual problem. If we were doing a root cause analysis on police shooting/brutality. Then I think you find this somewhere near the root.
