Your last report used as “evidence” on ICE eroding the rights of American citizens was so full of crap including not involving citizens that I am not even going to bother looking into this one.

You do realize private property rights dont only apply to citizens right?

Private property rights in the U.S.
generally apply to all "persons," not just citizens, protected by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, meaning non-citizens (residents, temporary visitors, even undocumented immigrants) have due process rights and can own property

I just handed him another exit ramp. He refused it.

So now he’s made his position pretty clear without actually admitting it. These Leftists aren’t interested in “protest.” They aren’t interested in the truth. They’re interested in the collapse of Western civilization.

You defending unlawful search and seizure will cause that, not me defending the constitution.

Illegals required due process with deportation operations is minimal. Their land if done legally and still valid will be dealt with separately while they are back in their homeland, but do you have actual proof they are the property owners including using their real identities, IDs, and other information instead of committing fraud?

Gallo never offers up proof.

Here is why the house of the one citizen in another post was target. The guy lives with 2 sex offender illegals with final deportation orders and wouldn’t offer up an ID, finger prints, or a facial scan to prove who he was or was not. If they returned him it was after they had to find out who he was on their own as he wouldn’t talk. Likely wanting to help his sex offender illegal roommates not get caught.

Yesterday in St. Paul, ICE conducted a targeted operation of 2 convicted sex offenders. One of the criminal targets had convictions for sex with a minor and sexual assault. The other target had convictions for sex assault with penetration in the first degree, domestic violence, and violating a protective order. Both also have convictions for failure to register as sex offenders. They both have final orders of removal from an immigration judge.

The US citizen lives with these two convicted sex offenders at the site of the operation. The individual refused to be fingerprinted or facially ID’d. He matched the description of the targets. As with any law enforcement agency, it is standard protocol to hold all individuals in a house of an operation for safety of the public and law enforcement.

Both of these sexual predators remain AT LARGE in St. Paul. We will be providing the public with photos and descriptors to help us locate and apprehend these public safety threats.

Not really. We told them to self deport. We told them we would pay them to self deport, and put them in the come in legally line. We also told them that if we have to come get them, they are never allowed back.

There are so many illegally here that of course some mistakes will be made. The chaos, obstruction, and obfuscation by the party of violence and lawbreaking is not helping sift through.

frick them, and you for doing E-battle for them.

Swing and a miss. There were no illegal immigrants present in the home and ICE violated a legal citizens rights by entering without a warrant.

Im certain that you think there should be no repercussions for officers who "accidentally" violate citizens constitional rights.

The libertarian party is in a bad state compared to the days of Ron Paul but if we ever wanna get rid of the establishment we have to start somewhere and that involves a third party candidate recieving a 5% percentage of the general vote to recieve equal ballot access.

It doesnt have to be the same candidate (Chase Oliver last election, Gary Johnson and Ron Paul before him).

Whites in America are too soft and look the other way too much. This is why they are so brazen in doing this. Had this been some foreign church, the amount of arse whoopins that would be delivered in Jesus' name that day would be biblical.
