2nd degree murder isn't out of line at all for this bitch. She knew damn well she had aggressive dogs. This wasn't a case of the dogs suddenly snapping with no warning. This was a pattern of behavior, and bitch is going to cry herself to sleep in prison every night for the rest of her life, praying for cancer or a heart attack to end her suffering.
