We bathe dog regularly but she always stinks and house stinks. We have gotten somewhat used to it but guests notice. I need any recs on shampoos and air fresheners or candles.

TIA

Carpet or wood/tile floor? Carpet traps the dog smell no matter what you do.

Vacuuming regularly helps a lot. Throw down some of the pet odor vacuum powder too beforehand. Getting the hair under control seems to help.

Why not just put the flea bitten motherfricker outside? That's where dogs are meant to live.

Dog must have skin issues, may have a yeast infection on the skin. Probably ears also..

Bath your dogs weekly. Buy a hoover carpet steamer, use it. Sometimes, it's the dog food that stinks, too. Get a good brand that doesn't stink.

:kige:

I hate going to people's homes when they have indoor dogs.

Screw that. Bathing my dog is among the worst experiences. I have not bathed her literally in years.

My dog had a similar problem and vet said it twas some sort of fungus on skin/food allergy. They also told us not to bathe our dog too often
