Same. Actually non existent now at work. But a few cocktails at a hometown bar with high school friends and it might start creeping out

When I get to sexy time, you’d swear I’m from Goodwood.

How come urban black people all sound the same no matter what city they’re from

No kidding. I call it my “super power”. I never realized how powerful a tool it was. I worked on a “thing” with some of the corporate legal folks in my company. A year or two later I ran into one of them and they told me “I have a confession to make.” She said “ I thought you were faking your accent.” I said “why would anyone ever fake an accent like this, people immediately think you are stupid.” She responded with “people immediately opened up to you like you were an old friend, it worked so well I thought it had to be an act.”
After that, I realized I could entice people into “educating” me about almost anything. Certain people always want to prove how smart they are. With a country accent, they just know you are likely stupid and are glad to do so.

Not accent, but southern, or Cajun, words do find a way into conversation every now and then.

My nola yat tends to come out when I'm drunk or pissed.... my company is headquartered in Funroe and after I had to chew out one of my people I was venting to someone else in leadership...when I was done she said... Jesus... you are from NOLA

For sure. In professional settings I like to think it’s not too strong, or it’s only occasionally brought to my attention, but when I go back home I definitely notice it slots right back in.
That said, y’all is just reflexive. You guys as a phrase never existed in my vocab.

My white castle accent comes out especially when drinking

Kinda lost mine when I was working out of state for several years but it used to come back pretty heavily after a few drinks

My Cajun accent is still there but it's definitely watered down since I moved to Texas. I live in the suburbs of Houston, not hee haw Texas.

My accent is pretty mild but I do get identified as being from the south when I am out of the south. At work when talking about technical matters I am more focused on talking with a neutral accent since I work with several people from outside the US. I became a bit self conscious in a previous job because of being made fun of about my pronunciation of a few words.

Yeah happens to me quite a bit too. I was actually told when I was starting off my career that I needed to find a way to water it done some.
I was once called out by a coworker who said she could tell when I'm talking to a female on the phone cause my accent would get thick. But you use what you got to get the job done.
