Does your feet ever fall asleep if you sit on the john too long?

Stood up to wipe and my whole leg fell asleep. Nearly fell over. Anyway to prevent this?

Both of my legs fall asleep almost every time I’m on the John. It doesn’t even take that long. 5-10 minutes maybe.
