Heat takes it out of anyone.

But I absolutely love the feeling of being sun drained after a long day. Yesterday I played golf and grilled on my patio while watching the Masters.

I was sitting up snoring on the couch at 9 PM

That is the best sleep.

I'm surprised you were home at 8:00 after all of those activities

For me, it's always the first few times during sumer that I'm exposed to the sun. After a few days on the beach I adjust to it.

Yes, the sun revitalizes me and does zap me later in the day!

The damn air feels like it is strangling you almost. Getting in your car after work in the summer is the worst.

Yes, it's that stifling choking sensation, being assailed by an oppressive presence from all sides.

Yes. It doesn't hit me while I am out in the sun, doing whatever it is I am doing, but once I am done with whatever.. It hits me.

Friday I was out in the sun for a good bit of the day and that night I had no problem sleeping. Yesterday I spent half the day in the sun. For the rest of the day I didn't have too much energy. When I went to bed, I watched the last episode of this season's Homeland and started watching Billions and I don't think I made it 5 mins into the show before falling to sleep. I only fall asleep watching TV when I am really tired so... Yeah the sun can beat you up.
