re: Does the OT put red beans on top of rice or vice versa?

Also chicken and dumplings. Pretty much all I use it on but nothing else is as good to me

Agree. Always rice first. Then beans and then a garnish.

Just like Gumbo, you’re served the bowl or plate of gumbo or red beans and the rice is served on the side, in which you always dump the rice on top of the dish.

Jeez you people need to get out more.

You don’t get served a bowl of rice and then pour your red beans or gumbo on top the rice....it’s the complete opposite
