Does pregnancy make women horny?

Naturally, you'd think the last thing a pregnant woman would want to do is flirt or put herself out there like that. That's what I've been noticing lately though.
I don't flirt at work, or with girls in general, as I think it's tacky and disrespectful. I get the obvious looks and smiles and whatnot. Broads be like "hey Pecker, you're looking nice today. Or "Hey Pecker, you never come see me anymore," as if I ever did. That's standard, but I brush those hoes off. They know I'm retired from the game but they can't help themselves.
But these pregnant ladies at work are on another level. Got a couple of young, decent-looking pregos that have been eyeing me down. Coming into my office multiple times and chatting me up (about non-work related stuff) when they never used to. Waving me down at work to come talk to them. Looking at me like they just crossed the Sahara on foot and I'm a Sonic Route 44 strawberry lemonade. They all kinds of thirsty is what I'm saying. All kinds.
What's with these pregnant broads? You already got a baby daddy.
