Pretty sure it would create something else we wouldn't want at the same time ruining something else we do need.

It’s the same concept that Elon musk has presented as a solution for Mars. It’s an extremely controversial theory but has a large scientific backing. Testing of this theory will begin shortly on a smaller scale, before governments turn to this as a full time solution.

Nukes aren’t quite big enough to break hurricanes but we should definitely use them to stop tornadoes
