Your wife is correct. To leave viewership and $100+ 'replica' jersey sales to chance would not be a good business model. It astonishes me how many adult 'children' won't even entertain the idea that it is an entertainment business and thst profit has to be part of he formula.

They show that literally every time that a team trails by 10+ in a Super Bowl. They showed it when Denver went up by 2 scores last year and when Denver went down 2 scores 2 years before that. It's an interesting stat because 10 isn't really that large of a deficit.

NOTHING.
The NFL is protected as a legal ENTERTAINMENT provider. In other words, every time you spend a dollar on the product, you are admitting you are paying for entertainment. Anything after that is fair game.
