The people dissing it are either looking to get a buzz which it will not do or just piling on. As someone with occasional bouts of anxiety, yes it absolutely helps on very small but noticeable realistic levels.
Was on prescription anxiety meds for several years before I grew tired of side effects. CBD absolutely can tame anxiety just as well as those meds and without the addiction and side effects. Judge for yourself, spend $40 on a top shelf brand and just try it, you have nothing to lose but $40. Stay away from anything Delta 8.

It has some benefits but works better in conjunction with THC.

Yeah I’m not trying to get a buzz from it. I have weed for that. I broke my leg and ankle last year and have trouble with inflammation after a long day on my feet as well as a herniated disc in my back and I’m tired of popping ibuprofen. I know that’s not good for me. I get anxiety too so hoping to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

I tried it for knee pain after friend talked about how it helped his back.

CBD gummies work for me. Like others say, you won’t get high, but it will normally make you feel very relaxed.

I have arthritis in my wrist and I use the CBD cream I get from the dispensaries.

I’ve used CBD oil for all sorts of stuff and zero…. Zip… nada. It does nothing but moisurize skin if you rub it on.

cbd is useless. thc, delta 8, delta 9 work but get a reliable supplier with no variability. For arthritis and sciatica pain take two Tylenol and one gummy for a good nights sleep

I started using CBD oil a few months ago, and I’ve got to say, it’s been pretty amazing for me. I was dealing with some pretty bad anxiety and trouble sleeping. A friend of mine recommended trying CBD oil, and I was a bit skeptical at first, but I figured, why not give it a shot?

Don't know about CBD oil, but Delta 9 gummies will make you feel better.
