I got pretty sick a couple weeks apart in February went to the doctor and they said it was a Virus but weren't sure what it was and sent me home on antibiotics. Not sure I had it or not but ive seen estimates that they think 20 or so million have had it without knowledge.

I thought I did in January but my antibody test was negative. I had a fever for a couple days and a bad upper respiratory cough similar to bronchitis.

virus

Why antibiotics?

There's a chance some had it.
Everyone gets sick in winter.
It's not likely you had COVID though.
Not impossible.
Just not likely.

Real question is, which do you think is more likely?

A) you had the virus, without knowledge

B) you never had the virus, but still count as a number for it somewhere

It's sad that you even have to consider B possibly being true, but there has been cases of it happening.

Right before christmas I was hacking up blood and had to have a bronchial Lavash.

The culprit... A coronavirus. They weren't sure what it was. For seven months since, I get up every morning and absolutely hack up thick mucus/spit.

No idea.

But it sucks.

I did. I took the antibody test and the covid test back in June. I was negative for the covid test but positive for the antibody test. I honestly cannot think of when I would have had symptoms.

I considered the possibility of a false negative, but my wife didn’t get sick so I just assume it wasn’t COVID.

I’m almost positive I had it in late November. Symptoms were spot on, lost sense of taste, etc. doctor said I was negative for flu, had an undiagnosed respiratory illness.

I do...after the national championship game, I came home sick. I had all of the symptoms, including losing my sense of taste and smell. Of course we had never heard of Covid at the time. A couple of weeks ago I had som blood drawn for a routine wellnesss exam. While they were drawing, I had them get enough for a Covid antibodies test. Haven’t gotten the results yet, though.

My old Junior High Football coach stopped by and told me I needed to be tested with an anal swab and anal thermometer. It took him a long time, but said I probably had it without knowledge of actually having it. (EDIT)He’s coming back tomorrow for another test.
