Tell your mom it's a vagina, not a clown car.

Nah, not in the ‘50s and 60s. About average in south Louisiana.

We called it monkey blood.

Haven’t seen it in a long long time. Maybe the mercury poisoning had something to do with its disappearing.

I am probably 50% water and 50% mecurachrome.

My grandfather poured it all over me growing up when I got hurt on his worksite.

The after hours clinic used monkey blood on my kid a while back. Had never heard it called that before.

You thinks it's trashy because you and your husband can't have any.

Monkey blood has been banned for quite awhile because it had mercury in it. Of course most vaccines contain mercury and for some reason that's ok.

I think both merththiorlate and mercurochrome are outlawed. Merthiorlate used to burn like fire. There are a lot less painful antibacterial nowadays.

Feel bad about it now but when I was younger I convinced my brother to paint his entire face with it. Man my mom was PISSED when she got home. She scrubbed his face for a long time to get that stuff off.
