Check with DeSantis. He’s got the hookup.

a nurse friend of mine went to The Good Feet store and had that scan thing done. She paid big money for the inserts, but can easily swap them out and doesn't have to spend as much money on higher end shoes- so she said it's worth it.

I don't have any experience with ordering them online though- so feel free to just overlook my post.

Just get some Superfeet. They are great, but I’m sure you could modify them if you need.

If you are particularly crafty, you can 3d print your own. I’ve read into it a bit.

I always order inserts from Amazon when I order my shoes. $30-$60 depending on which ones. You just have to try one and see if it works for you.

Had repeated bouts of plantar fasciitis 25 years ago when I really started running. Had running friends tell me to go the foot doctor where he prescribed inserts for my high arch. Insurance didn't help and they were $250. Worth every penny. I still run w that original pair.

But for my other shoes I just order the sports ones off of Amazon and stretch every day and my feet are fine.

I'm 6'2 btw.
