There's actually some pretty good stuff from Portugal. Went to Jungle Jim's last summer and enjoyed them- razor clams were probably the best. Very good on bread toasted with fresh garlic/olive oil

Sardines on saltines is good fishing food.
I like anchovies sometimes on pizza or in a WOP salad.

There is a lot of canned fish packaged in olive oil that comes out of Italy, mainly that is quite good along with Spain.

In this case, you are missing out especially if the fish or seafood is packed in olive oil. It's really quite good. Would not go for everyday but for a quick lunch or on a Saturday when doing work around the house...some times.....yes!

I eat Sardines. Great source of Omega-3.
