There's actually some pretty good stuff from Portugal. Went to Jungle Jim's last summer and enjoyed them- razor clams were probably the best. Very good on bread toasted with fresh garlic/olive oil

<——I eat the frick out of canned sardines

Good quality sardines

I order them via Amazon

No one else in my family poaches them ever.

Sardines on saltines is good fishing food.

I like anchovies sometimes on pizza or in a WOP salad.

There is a lot of canned fish packaged in olive oil that comes out of Italy, mainly that is quite good along with Spain.

But they are packed in seed oils. 99% of the oil you intake from a canned sardine is not fish oil. It's AIDS oil.

Ahh yes the ole seed oil argument pops up again. Stop believing everything somebody tells you and do the research for yourself

In this case, you are missing out especially if the fish or seafood is packed in olive oil. It's really quite good. Would not go for everyday but for a quick lunch or on a Saturday when doing work around the house...some times.....yes!

The official canned fish of Aggie Athletics (as they, obsessed in their horny passion, don’t read the fine print):
