The tats don't bother me, but crappy tats do. The lip piercing is not my thing, but I can look past it for short term.

Even though they can be removed, face piercings make a chic look trashier than most tats do.

Tats are among the dumber decisions one can make from the perspective of longevity, sustainability, quality, and your future.
My brother in law is tatted up. Great and nice guy, but the tats are of poor quality, have no personal significance to him and are going to look unworthy of respect as he ages.
