Honest question. How do you get injured in dodgeball?
In my experience in the 5th grade, someone's head met my mouth and broke out a front tooth. Went and got a silver cap put on it and everything was back to normal. No big deal.

We played on the Basketball Court.Had to stop at the Free-throw line. The wall was 5 feet from out of bounds.
When you would miss someone with the volley ball it would bounce back to you.
Good times.

It's banned in Georgia but it's because there's too much down time when someone gets knocked out of the game. Or at least that's how they sold it.

Holy shite.
We are literally trying to condition kids against competition.

I think we know who sucks at dodgeball

We played on the basketball court. We had rails for the stands and if you threw the ball and it hit the rails, you were out (for throwing too high).
I was never the biggest kid in junior high, but I could move and catch the ball. It was a very competitive game and everyone but the girls was into it
I remember smashing some poor Asian girl in the face with the ball and she just collapsed and fell backwards.

Don't know how its lasted this long tbh, we played my 7th grade year and got our asses handed to us every time by the 8th graders.
When we were in 8th grade, we weren't allowed to play because too many kids had been hurt. And I left 8th grade in 99.
