If you aren't a fan of the pickle juice, try eating a couple of bananas.

Go look in a mirror and smile, frown, make a mean face, raise your eyebrows and make a surprised face

Of course I have bamaman.
First, I hope you are feeling better this morning.

Let me try to be helpful.
I think I read that you drank 100 ounces of water.
If you were outside all day, you likely depleted electrolytes and need to replenish.

In the future, you should drink 1 gatorade for every 2 waters.

But you should drink a couple of gatorades now.

If your creatine levels are really high (2.0 or higher) you need to get nephrologist helping you asap.

Good luck

10 minutes ago, the majority of my body started severely cramping at the same time; Calves, hamstrings, thighs, lower abdomen, upper abdomen, mid back, and lower back. When I say severely, I turned into a board in my chair. It was excrutiating. Never in my life have I experienced anything close to this.

I am not an M.D., but my J.D. tells me that you've been hit by the Crucio Curse. Swish and flick.
