Not a doctor just here for the jokes. If your posting tomorrow we have a good laugh.

If you buy the farm we never hear about it and I don't look like a douche

Good luck though.

Also demon or alien possession is first guess

If it's not excessive cramping from low potassium, it's definitely the AIDS...

First things that pop to mind are electrolyte imbalanc or kidney stone. Drink lots of fluids either way and take an aspirin/NSAID. Go get checked if it persists in the morning.

You have sand in your clitoris.
Brush it out and move along.

1) no, though this day was a little more active than normal.

2) building am 8ft wide half deck/half set of stairs to get into the above ground pool(OT baller) we bought for our son and nieces. Then 9 holes of gold, with a cart.

3) Eh, I mean working outdoors always means the same muscles get it. But I'm used to it. And I've never had these kinds of cramps, not even close actually, I've only had 1 muscle cramp at a time.

4) I dunno about more than others, but I do sweat a good bit.

5) If I have, its not on purpose. But I know I've had a fair share.

Get some Pedialyte and drink(BY ITSELF, no mixing) the max amount suggested for adults over the next day.

if this persists over a 24 hr period, give your doc a call and let them know what's going on.

document all your symptoms and what you've taken

Also, if you don't take vitamins, get a men's health, doesn't matter what brand, and take one tonight and tomorrow if you can get them.

You ever had your legs severely cramp up, and not just one, but both sets of the 3 major leg muscles simultaneously?

Or did you never play sports/have sex? Because both of those activities can cause severe cramps you aren't walking off.

That was actually what my family doc and specialist doc thought I had before the tests I had in December looking for auto-immune stuff. Because my creatine levels were elevated above normal.

Guess we are doing those tests again.

Sounds like rhabdo. Hydrate well because hyperkalemia could be an issue.
