Do you watch your kids sports practices?

Think I'm getting jaded, it's just too damn much. At a sushi bar, so there's my answer. My son, 9, has 6.5 hours of soccer practice during the week (no Friday practice) and that doesn't include the 20 minutes we show up early or the grabass after.
I just work myself up if I watch anyway. So it's yellowtail tarta and beer instead.

A handful of moms stand out there and talk, but no dads do.

What the hell else am I supposed to do.
2 kids 2 different leagues.
Also living in BFE doesn't help. I'm not at the fence talking cleat placement, I'm usually off to the side holding after hours famil practice clinic.

I only did if I was coaching.
Let the players play
Let the coaches coach
Let the refs/umps ref/ump.

Yes, mostly. I'm watching practice right now.

No, because when I'm there and visible to him, he's constantly looking at me to see my reaction instead of focusing on what he's supposed to be doing. If I sneak in towards the end and watch him without him noticing, he does so much better.

Way to make me feel like an a-hole.

I swim with my daughters team during practice.

There is not a better outdoor sport to teach coordination than soccer at that age

They have 5 lanes and lane 6 is open. There is a couple of us that swim the workout that they do in practice. What is so hard to understand. Can not stand sitting in the lobby when I can get in a swim workout in.
