Sounds stupid to ask, but for a guy who takes 3-4 business lunches a week, i cant help but notice all the fatasses around me and what they eat.

same for the accounts i take to eat. 95% of the time they eat like shite and dont give two shits.

I know as a country two thirds of us are overweight, but i guess im in the minority on watching what i eat and looking at calorie counts on the website before i order.

I dont give two shits what people think when im the one getting the grilled chicken salad or grilled fish with veggies, but im also the leanest of the group im usually with.

Yes. I don't go super healthy, but I try to keep it within reason and get grilled over fried, etc.

Somewhat. I limit how much junk food I eat. Not a vegan granola lover though.

Pretty much always, minus a few items here and there.

I try, but not very hard. I just burn calories to compensate.

You also have an obsession with your weight.

Maybe the people you are taking out are splurging on your bill because they eat well other times. I eat out for lunch one time per week and it normally isn't healthy. The rest of the week for lunch I eat pretty well. You can check my lunch thread posts. Its a lot of ground turkey and brown rice with a glass of water.

Eating lunch with different people you hardly know 3-4 times a week sounds miserable as frick n

I don't miss sales at all

I'll order something lite at lunch but 9/10 I'm having a beer or 2 with my lunch.

I avoid fast food and sucrose. I try to have very healthy meals on weekdays for breakfast and lunch. I spend a good bit of time in the gym .

People on average are fricking slobs with no self worth.

Do or do not. There is no try.

I will give proper credit to those who

They aren't pretending and I'm quite serious about that. Everyone gets to choose what goals they pursue.

yes somewhat in my twenties but now in my thirties I keep a pretty close eye on what I eat.

Never buy soft drinks- only drink them maybe once a month. Try to only eat what makes me not hungry anymore but not stuffed. No suger in coffee. About a teaspoon in my oatmeal though.

I think people's biggest issue isn't necessarily what they're eating, it's how much. No need to stuff yourself at every damn meal.
