I eat healthy. Only because I drink too much beer. Can't have both so I figure I'd rather work out and eat healthy and drink all the beer I want.

I do the 80/20 rule of eating
Eat well during the week and go out for dinner Friday and Saturday nights. I don't count macros on Saturday and allow myself to enjoy the games with some beers and good food.
It's just weird being at lunch with a guy in his 50s and seeing him down a bacon cheeseburger and cheese fries and a coke. It's like 1,500-2000 calories down the drain
