$2?!?
That’s like a half a lego, a shoestring and 3 unused candle wicks at the estate sale. Imagine the resale value. You really tipped him $40

I had a low tire light come on the other day and stopped at a tire shop on Hwy 90 in Pardise....I asked the guy if I could use his hose to fill my tire...he say's "I'll fill all 4 of them for $5" I said, "I only need to fill this one tire" He said, "Well that's the deal" Told him to eat shite
I literally backed up 20 yards to the Valero station next-door and put 4 quarters in the air machine and filled my tire.

if i'm at home i just pull out the compressor and work my way around all 3 cars myself.

I use my compressor. It takes a little longer since it's a small pancake one, but by the time I drive 2 miles to the gas station, waste a dollar in quarters I had to search for, and drive home, I'm done. Plus I take care of the wife's at the same time since I already have the compressor fired up.

Just use your husbands air compressor at the house next time.

My car indicates if there is a tire pressure issue and then I add air to my tires.
Scratches head. OP stays with his daughter in cheap budget places when traveling but tips a random guy who put air in his tires.

you should have used this as a teaching moment for your daughter and let her figure out how to get it filled.

I’ve never had anyone other than me check the air in my tires. Just have an air compressor in the shop with a gauge. Super easy

That’s a nice gesture mam.
